At BlankTheory, every product is made-to-order to ensure premium quality and reduce unnecessary waste. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Minor color variations due to screen/display settings
Since all products are custom-made on demand, each order is produced specifically for you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and issue
- An unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)
Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Once the order has been processed, cancellation requests may not be possible.
Return-to-Origin (RTO) Orders
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailable at delivery
- Refusal to accept the package
The customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
